  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color or design due to digital display differences.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • In case of payment via third-party gateways, refund timelines may vary based on their policies.
  • For prepaid orders, partial refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting processing or shipping charges.

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
